SPIRIT's Diary

Yesterday, my father had reunion in Tokyo, so he left from my home early. So, I had more free time than usual, so I cooked more. I made  "Cheese and Butter Bread" They were like melted and tasty. And I made again, "Mayonnaise Spaghetti" I had no time to eat it completely in the morning, so after returning my home, I ate it as dinner. After going my favorite church, in Ootoya, the healthy restaurant, I ate Fried Chicken as lunch. It was also very delicious. There is various cuisine. It would be good if I can cook all of them.

Today is also work from home. So I decided to cook again to increase my vigor. This time is "The Egg-Added Yakisoba". The sauce powder was a bit spicy, so I became very perspiring. But the texture of noodle was moderate, so the cuisine wasn't bad. I've continued to drink alcohol almost day. So I have to skip alcohol today instead of cooking.

Today is also work from home. So, as lunch, I cooked again. This time is. “The pork spaghetti with mayonnaise.” Unexpectedly, pork, mayonnaise and spaghetti were matched very well. Salty of mayonnaise was also good. Texture of pork was moderate. I have to wait to eat this cuisine completely until noon. I could relieve my stress very well.

Today was for struggling to lose my weight. After walking for 30 minutes, I tried to go to my favorite convenience store, but stopped it. Alternatively, in YouTube, I watched an anime, "Anne in The Green Gables" by Miyazaki Hayao. On second thought, I'd been surprised to Anne's characteristics, that speaks very much and is very well for imaginative and fictional ability. In the afternoon, I wanted to eat Ramen Billy, my favorite ramen, very much when I was working in my task. I intended to order it by Uber Eats, but I stopped it just in time. Alternatively, I decided to use the expense for buying equity of Canon. It was 2000 yen. However, I've been satisfied because I can contribute the prosperity of Canon and research and development of nuclear fusion. In the evening, as substitute of Ramen Billy, I ate Cheese Bread and Chinese Dried Chicken. It was simple, but the taste of cheese was melting and salty. Once in a while, it's OK for me there is such days.

Today is also work from home. To gain my vigorarity, I cooked again in the morning. This time is, “Natto Spaghetti” The sauce was a bit spicy. But stickiness of natto was mixed to texture of spaghetti very much. Natto spaghetti is one of Japanese-style spaghetti, isn't it? Spaghetti is one of my favorite cuisines. I want to expand array of my cooking.

Today is also work from home. So, both as breakfast and dinner, I cooked twice. Breakfast was junk. I added salmon and pork. Dinner was carbonala. Cooking makes me happy. But carbonala was spicy.

I got up at 4:30 A.M. So I decided to make spaghetti salad again. Spaghetti mayonnaise salad is my favorite cuisine. I want to make it for future. Because I love salt of mayonnaise. Today, one of what I could do was  I could cook. Today, in other, what can I do?

Today is also work from home. So, I decided to cook again. Today is, "Spaghetti with pork and mayonnaise." The taste of mayonnaise and pork was mixed very much. However, I added the salt and pepper too much. This cuisine made me perspiring. Because it was also warm despite February in Japan. I've skipped alcohol for 3 days. I want to continue to cook without drinking liquor.

 Last Friday, I cooked again. This time was, "Spaghetti salad and gyoza" And grilled tuna was remained. They were improvised, but they were very delicious. Mayonnaise of spaghetti salad and soy sauce of gyoza mixed very much. This combination is not bad. It's good if I can stop drinking alcohol by relieving my stress by cooking.

Yesterday, I drank liquor again. I said, that my best way to relieve my stress is cooking not drinking liquor, don't I? It's very strange and it's my dissolute lifestyle. I need to control my stress more, and I need to observe my cuisine and think the cuisines was made very well. I forgot that I made spaghetti salad again last Friday. I'll show this cuisine. I added the rest pumpkin, so it was delicious and nutritious. The texture of pumpkin was soft and flaky. I want to make spaghetti salad again and again.

On Friday, I cooked again. In this case, I made the pork and cheese sauté. The taste of cheese was very delicious. And the texture of cheese was very melting. I love cheese. Recently, liver rest days are only a handful time. It would be good for me if I can relieve my stress by cooking not drinking alcohol.

Today is work from home. So, I cooked twice. As lunch, I made spaghetti salad. It was light taste. Texture of spaghetti and chicken was very good. As dinner, I made zaru soba. I added olive oil as secret taste, so it was deep taste. By chance, there is dried soba noodles by Akiu, so I used them. I want to cook for future.

2 days ago, as dinner, I made Yu Ling Chi/Chinese fried Chicken. My mother recommended me to cook. The texture of chicken was very moderate. And sauce was spicy and delicious. It was first for me to make Chinese fried chicken. But I thought I cooked very well. I want to continue to cook.

I got up at 3:30 A.M. So I cooked again. In this time, I made yakisoba. The sauce of yakisoba was delicious. But the texture of yakisoba was a bit soft. It was not suitable to me. However, the sliced pork became the good accent. I love pork meat, so I enjoyed the taste of pork. For future, I want to continue to cook. It's the best way to relieve my stress.

Today, I worked from home again. So, as lunch, I made gyoza and macaroni salad. As always, the texture of macaroni and the taste of mayonnaise mixed very much. And gyoza made me vigor. However, a few minutes before I finished today's task, my craving to liquor had increased very much. I took cyanamide, the inhibitor of alcohol metabolism, so my body responses if I drink liquor. Today too, I can spend this day without liquor, so I've been likely to skip drinking alcohol for 5 days. How days can I continue to skip alcohol?

I got up at 5:30 A.M, and cooked again. Today was  "Sliced Pork". Today has also my task, so my effort was a bit light. The taste was light. Recently, I could relieve my stress very much by cooking. So I've skipped drinking alcohol for 4 days. Can I continue this action and condition?

Yesterday, as dinner, I cooked again. I made fried rice from black rice.     The texture of black rice was stiff, and the taste of scrambled eggs was mild, and they mixed very much. It was good that I also made fried rice in sometimes.     It's OK for me if I can cook instead of drinking liquor. But I can't do very much.

Today, I cooked again. I made macaroni salad with mayonnaise again. I love mayonnaise.     Mayonnaise is salty and mild taste. It attracts to me. And macaroni was soft. Soft texture of macaroni and taste of mayonnaise mixed very well.     I want to make macaroni salad more.

I've continued to cook. Yesterday and today, I cooked for 2 days. Yesterday's cuisine was macaroni salad. Today's cuisine was pork sauté. The taste of macaroni salad was rich with mayonnaise, so I tried the taste of pork sauté light. I added a bit salt, the taste of pork sauté could be light. It's very successful! Yesterday, I drunk liquor to relieve my stress. But instead of it, it's the best for me if I can relieve my stress by cooking.
