Sometimes, I've cooking by myself. But, recently, I'm interested in spaghetti-related cuisine. I can boiled spaghetti for only about 13 minutes and finish to make. So, it's easy to make it and fittable to my sense. Yesterday, for my dinner, I made spaghetti with adding pork and cheese. Cheese was very mild, and pork was very crispy. The mixing taste was very unique. Of course, I often make spaghetti salad, with adding lettuce, tuna and mayonnaise. On account of mayonnaise, I've become easy to eat lettuce. I can't eat broccoli and lettuce without mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is very useful to me. For future, I want to make spaghetti cuisine more. Because I can relieve my stress for doing it.

My weight has increased again, to 87.8kg. Perhaps, because I may skip taking metformin last night.     By the way, the amount of parmodia, prescribed from obesity hospital, has decreased recently. More thinking, after taking both metformin and parmodia twice a day, my weight has remarkably decreased, from 90.6kg to 85.9kg.     But, recently, I had eaten my favorite ramen too much. Soon, both parmodia and metformin tablet will become gone. In that time, what should I do?     In February, my president hoped me to decrease my weight less BMI 30. Calculating into weight, I have to decrease my weight to 86.2kg. Anyway, I have to take both metformin and parmodia until they become gone, to lose my weight.

In Ayashi, the west of Miyagi, there is one hot- spring venue called "Soyogi No Mori/Forest of Breeze". I went to Soyogi No Mori.     In lobby, it puts the goods of "Love Live Superstar". This tying up is very quaint, introducing "Cool Japan". Unfortunately, I didn't buy them.     There is a restaurant in Soyogi No Mori. I ate katsudon and fried gyouza in this place.     The taste of sauce of katsudon and rice mixed very well, and the fried gyouza was very crispy. I could see the view of Ayashi's town from this restaurant.     I love saunas. In Soyogi No Mori, there are two saunas. One is inside of indoors hot springs, called "Bon-Sauna". This was too hot, about 70℃, so I couldn't stay very long. The other is outside in open-air bath, called "Zen Sauna". In Izumi, the north of Sendai city, there is Spa Metsa Sendai/Ryuusenji No Yu, one big spa resort. This venue is acclaimed from Sendai citizen, so I went to it after long time.     This venue has reconstructed very much. The sauna increased to 3 sauna. One is set outside and with herb. The smell was very beautiful, like blossom. Another is dry souna with 90℃ temperture. It was too hot. The other is called as Date Sauna, whose motif is Date Masamune. The room sounds like shshi-odoshi occationally, so it was very unique and made me relaxed.     I love the sauna. It's not bad of sauna in Sunpia no Yu in Rokuchounome, but it's very good to go to saunas in Spa Metza Sendai sometimes. But, it's a bit inaccessible. I have to go to it with the bus from Subway Izumi-Chuo Station for 40 minutes. I can't go to it easily.

In Rokuchounome, the east of Sendai, there is a big public bath, Sunpia No Yu/Sunpia's Hot Spring. I went to Sunpia's Hot Spiring in Thursday's holiday.   There are two saunas in Sunpia's Spring. One is the dry sauna and the other is the sauna with salt. I took only the sauna with salt.     I have atopic disease in my shoulder, so it had big pain when I rubbed salt into my body. But I did it, so my metabolism became vital by becoming perspiring. And temperture in the sauna with salt was about 40℃, so I could enter into it easily.     In Sunpia's Hot Spring, both inside and outside has many bath. The temperature was about 40℃, I could take easily for 30 minutes.     After taking bath, I drunk one bottle of milk, and I stayed a rest area with watching TV. I've continued to upgrade the video to 8K level. I published one video in Youtube. It's, "Commercial of Dororich, the Japanese sweets"     It's very sexy, but my video is almost sexy video. I want upglade other genres videos. Now, I want to add videos English subtitles. It'll be useful for foreigners. I want NHK Hoshi Shinichi Short Short to add English subtitles.

Until now, I've sometimes cooked by own. Recently, I made the spaghetti salad with mayonnaise.   The taste of mayonnaise was like melting. And it's nutritious because we can take vegetable effectively. Broccoli was solid, but I could take it easily. Mayonnaise was very useful!

It’s a palate cleanser because it’s not good that I watch Taiga Drama every time.     I'm amazed because various people in no accessible place live by doing their own best. One people who manage to grow oranges lost his wife earlier, but have been helped by his younger sister and daughter, and do his best.     I was born in Chiba, and has grown in Sendai. I've lived in urban every time, so I can't find my way how to live in suburb. But it's called as the living ability, that living in nature.     Now, I live in urban of Sendai. It’s good that I sometimes watch the forest in Potsun To Ikkenya.
