Yesterday, after working, I took a workshop of Medifone Corporation, produced by Ministry of Health, Labour and Wealth. It's  "Teamwork Beyond of Medical Facility". I found, that foreign travelers occurring sudden illness are needed much effort and money. I think, it's very troubling and more medical staffs are needed. And I found, "Some foreign travelers can't speak English very well, and we need easy Japanese rather than English." So, I'm very straying. has it been no use for me to learn English hard? 1.5 billion people study English, I heard.(3 million people study Japanese.) I want to also learn easy Japanese, because I want to communicate foreigners more and inform Japanese culture of them. But I couldn't find where I can learn easy Japanese in Miyagi. There is also a public flyer about easy Japanese. I heard, that the teacher of Japanese has become national qualification. Should I study qualification of the teacher of Japanese?

Recently, I’m always languid. My BMR has decreased because of my aging, so I can’t lose my weight however I  exercise. And yesterday, my proposal hasn’t been adopted to my president. Yesterday, I ate two big cups of ramen in a binge. My president said, that she’s struggling to manage her company because the value of medications and revenue has decreased but the minimum wage has to raise. So I’ve thought I have to deal with it. It’s also OK, if medical DX in my pharmacies progresses and interpersonal work of pharmacies increase. But it needs much time, effort and expenses. My company is minor, so I don’t think we have sufficient assets. So I’ve thought we have no methods except incorporating new customers. I came up with inviting foreign travelers and foreign laborers as new customers. But brochures for foreigners weren’t adopted to my president. My president said, that no foreigners come to our pharmacies so the brochures for foreigners are useless. But somehow, can we make foreign...

I said, that I prayed with English in my church. I was happy because my English made foreigners understood. I want to learn English more because I want to watch various things of Japan and the world. By the way, Mr. Narita Yusuke, the vice professor of Yale University, said, "In Japan, the English's needs will polarize. Ones will need English deeply to communicate foreigners deeply, but the others will need minimum English knowledge by using translation app and so on." But I think that inbounds and foreign labors will increase in Japan for future. To incorporate their needs, we need English to communicate. (There is also "plain Japanese"). Therefore, not "for knowledge" but "FOR OWN", we will have to learn English, I think. English will become important equal to Japanese. According to BBC, the brain of bilingual is activating more vigorously than monolingual. Anyway, by using English more, we have to learn English.

To use AI more effectively, I read President in this month, the magazine. It said we should use Chat GPT, Grok and so on. But I want to get neutral information more than biased information. I think it's OK I continue to use only Chat GPT. I've forgotten, that I want to expand Hakkenden to foreigners. Now, I consult Chat GPT about how to it. Chat GPT says, "You should summarize 1-2 minutes Hakkenden's story and publish in Youtube, Tiktok and so on." "You should publicize 'Harem Protagonists as Hakkenshi' and 'Garupan Captain Group as Hakkenshi' in SNS." I obeyed the second advice, and I publicize the illustrations in X(former Twitter) . But it didn't go well. Hakkenden's story is simple, that Hakkenshi, 8 justice avengers, destroy evils and revitalize Satomi Clan. But the story is too long, and it's difficult to even visualize. In Osaka, there is The Sumo Hall Hirakuza Osaka, which is the venue promote fascination of Sumo. It's near of Hanshin Railway/Kintetsu Railway "Osaka-Namba Station". The homepage is “https://hirakuza.net/”     It's said it often holds sumo shows and sumo workshop experience. And it introduces history of Japanese sumo.     To introduce sumo-related places such as The Sumo Hall Hirakuza is also to inform sumo's fascination, isn't it?     On the way going to Osaka EXPO 2025, Should I go to The Sumo Hall Hirakuza? Because I want to know about sumo more, to introduce sumo's fascination.

Recently, my task has become carefree, but I've lost my goal. I want to survive for new era, so it's very bad. I have to re-confirm my weapon and battle style (equal my ability). I decided three components for my surviving. They're pharmaceutical knowledge, English and investment. Investment is only main tool for earning money effectively. So, to survive, it's important for me to pharmaceutical knowledge and English. I'm a pharmacist of master's level graduate and have 840 TOEIC score. So, it's OK if there are methods for activating both. Recently, there are many foreign laborers and inbounds. So, it's OK for my pharmacy to become the pharmacy for fittable to them. Under very hot place, for 20 minutes by taxi, I went to former Takita Castle. In this place, fighting starvation, Satomi clans was fighting the enemy. Yatsufusa, Satomi's magical dog, bat and killed enemy's commander and helped Satomi clan. But as the reward, Satomi clan had to give Princess Fuse to Yatsufusa as marridge. There was an elementary school student, who can speak English about the catastrophe in Hiroshima of atomic bomb. So, I thought I can't be defeated from him. And some Japanese medications such as Netsu-sama seat/Be KOOOL has been introduced by Chinese. So I want to make Japanese pharmacies suitable to foreigners more. Anyway, inbound tourists and foreign laborers will increase more for future. But some pharmacies in Japan can use only cash. It's inconvenient for foreigners. many foreigners use credit cards and code payment. On 2024, in Japan, the cashless payment ratio is 42.8% [METI, 2025] It's insufficient to me. Foreign laborers in Japan have to join the health insurance, same to Japanese laborers. In my favorite pharmacy, I recommended same recommendation a bit, but the pharmacy hasn't act yet. I'm also very disappointed to it. Do these mean that hospitals and pharmacies in Japan are closed-society and conservative? I can't decide about EXPO and olympic, but, greatly, I approve Japanese present policy that Japan will invite more foreigners and become an oriented-tourism country. It's win-win if I get unique information from foreingers and improve English ability by speaking English. But Japanese street is almost written with only Japanese, so many foreigners may be inconvienient. I understand it greatly because I pretend a foreigners not able to read Japanese and walked in Sendai's street.     As foreign language, 1.5 billion people in the world studies English but only 3 million people studies Japanese. Inversely, it will become a lion's share if we can attract foreigners not used to Japanese.     I also want to make our pharmacy be taken from more Inbound tourists and more foreign laborers.
