I Went to ChocoZAP and Exercise Too Much.

For my mother's recommendation, I went to ChocoZAP and exercise too much yesterday. But I thought I had done both aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. I could lose my weight if I can continue this.     I always keep in mind that I have to do lat pull down in ChocoZAP, to correct my posture. And lat always consume our calories the most. I think I can lose my weight easily if I train my lat.     But, yesterday and today, I ate Famichiki too much. I've kept in mind that I have to eat chicken protein instead of Famichiki. But I couldn't forget the soft texture of Famichiki.     I have three-way interview on Dec. 10th in my company. I have to get physical strength and lose my weight.

My Appetite Is Also Decreasing Day by Day-2

My parents returned from Chiba. They brought many souvenirs and I ate them today. But I couldn't eat so much because I've become aging. Yesterday, I ate Billy Ramen too much, so my weight has returned over 92kg. On Dec. 10th, I'll take three-ways interview in my company. Until the day, I have to reduce my weight. Recently, bears won't appear in my town, so my mother recommend that we go to ChocoZAP again. In this way, it's good for me to lose my weight.

I've Hated to Sweat, but...

Yesterday, my weight has become 85.5kg. Tentatively, I accomplished my goal, For forward, whether I'll maintain my weight under 86.2kg.     Actually, I've hated to sweat because I have atopic disease. But, in fact, I've gone to ChocoZAP and done weight training more time, and I've changed the snack from Famichiki to Sasami protein bar. Why ?     Perhaps, because I've made my goal that I make my weight less than 86.2kg. And because I may have made my hobby of doing PixAI, instead of eating and drinking. I could lose my weight 4kg for 3 weeks, so I could find joy of getting my shape.     However, the amount wasting my money has not changed. I've still continued to eat and drink when I'm a bit hungry, and wasted for PixAI too much. Can I change them?     Anyway, I have to accomplish my goal that I reduce my weight less than 86.2 kg by Aug.1, the day of health check of my company. At next, I have to reduce the...

Since long time, I went to ChocoZAP.

My weight became under 90kg, but haven't lose successfully. By my father's recommendation, I went to ChocoZAP after long time. In this place, most of the time, I take anaerobic exercise, such as muscle training. But there is a reclining chair. After exercising, I sat the reclining chair and became relaxed. For going to ChocoZAP, I need to walk for 4 km as a round trip. It's also the ordinary exercise. By the way, I've taken Parmodia which is reduction of Triglyceride twice a day. But my weight hasn't lost. When taking each two Parmodia twice a day, my weight lost amazingly. Should I increase the amount of Parmodia?
