Yesterday, after working, I took a workshop of Medifone Corporation, produced by Ministry of Health, Labour and Wealth. It's  "Teamwork Beyond of Medical Facility". I found, that foreign travelers occurring sudden illness are needed much effort and money. I think, it's very troubling and more medical staffs are needed. And I found, "Some foreign travelers can't speak English very well, and we need easy Japanese rather than English." So, I'm very straying. has it been no use for me to learn English hard? 1.5 billion people study English, I heard.(3 million people study Japanese.) I want to also learn easy Japanese, because I want to communicate foreigners more and inform Japanese culture of them. But I couldn't find where I can learn easy Japanese in Miyagi. There is also a public flyer about easy Japanese. I heard, that the teacher of Japanese has become national qualification. Should I study qualification of the teacher of Japanese?

In studying of G Certificate, I hit a wall at once. In practice of examination about trends of Artificial Intelligence, I lost big today. I've not been able to learn knowledge of G Certificate very well. I'm a pharmacist, so I may think knowledge of computer is others' business. It's the same, that most Japanese can't learn English very well because they think English as others' business. I consulted Chat GPT, that how is the suitable job if I get qualification of pharmacist and G Certificate. Recently, I’m always languid. My BMR has decreased because of my aging, so I can’t lose my weight however I  exercise. And yesterday, my proposal hasn’t been adopted to my president. Yesterday, I ate two big cups of ramen in a binge. My president said, that she’s struggling to manage her company because the value of medications and revenue has decreased but the minimum wage has to raise. So I’ve thought I have to deal with it. It’s also OK, if medical DX in my pharmacies progresses and interpersonal work of pharmacies increase. But it needs much time, effort and expenses. My company is minor, so I don’t think we have sufficient assets. So I’ve thought we have no methods except incorporating new customers. I came up with inviting foreign travelers and foreign laborers as new customers. But brochures for foreigners weren’t adopted to my president. My company is struggling to decline the revenue and have to raise the minimum payment. I want to make the productivity of my company, but before it, I have to improve my productivity. And my physical strength and resilience have decreased a far more than when I was 20s. I've consulted Chat GPT again, but the answer is how to improve productivity as a pharmacist. I charged 15000 yen to Rakuten Pay, so I have to consider my earning power and productivity more seriously. My job is that I write reports about disease and medication. I've written, that my physical strength, guts and mental stability have weakened much more than when I was 20s. I've felt nostalgic, when I was desperate to work a pharmacist of the pharmacy and go to travel. And I also consulted Chat GPT how to rebuilding them. Recently, my task has become carefree, but I've lost my goal. I want to survive for new era, so it's very bad. I have to re-confirm my weapon and battle style (equal my ability). I decided three components for my surviving. They're pharmaceutical knowledge, English and investment. Investment is only main tool for earning money effectively. So, to survive, it's important for me to pharmaceutical knowledge and English. I'm a pharmacist of master's level graduate and have 840 TOEIC score. So, it's OK if there are methods for activating both. Recently, there are many foreign laborers and inbounds. So, it's OK for my pharmacy to become the pharmacy for fittable to them. Yesterday too, I went to ChocoZAP, but my body is stiff now because I've done weight training too much. Moreover, my weight has increased again to 86.7kg because I ate too much in yesterday lunch. More thinking, I've neglected to study medications since short time. I have no money to buy textbook of medications because I spent money to take a cataract surgery too much. In my three-ways interview in yesterday, I heard that the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law revised on May 14th 2025 from my president. It seems Japanese lawmakers is struggling to make citizens learn emotions of self-care. In Japanese case, medical care is national health insurance and patients' burden is about 10-30%. It's convenient to patients, but it needs much medical expenses, particularly drug costs. And presence of pharmacists is a far weaker than physicians. So, to reduce drug costs, Japanese lawmakers is struggling to make citizens learn emotion of Self-Medications and Self-care. I receive medications of Anti-allergy Anti-atopic disease(steroids) Antihypertensives Alcohol Deterrent and so on. Tomorrow will be the three-way interview. But, I couldn't accomplish my goal that I reduce my BMI less than 30.0. Without becoming inflammable and mad, I'm continuing to deal with my task calmly. But I'm a bit frustrated because my suggestion that we should put down English in our pharmacies more doesn't adopt. In fact, it's OK for me to only continue to work calmly. My president said the operating profit of our company has increased more than she expected for 2 years. Therefore, my bonus payroll in this year was more than last years. In three-way meeting of previous day, I recommended, "We should increase putting down English in our pharmacy for inbound tourists, shouldn't we?" I also had forgotten that Dragon Ball Series on-aired in Fuji TV. So I can watch them in FOD, the subscription. In my free time, I often watch Dragon Ball Super and Dragon Ball GT. In Dragon Ball Super, The Baseball Story and Goku's Saying, "Work, not do such foolish doing!" makes me laugh. I think, that the end of Dragon Ball GT is far better than original work and Z.
