Cooking By Own-18

I've sometimes cook by myself. After a long time, I made Niku-Soba/the soba with meat. It was delicious and refreshing taste! Since long time, I hadn't eaten soba, udon and so on. I want to make them more, but absorption of carbohydrate from soba and udon is fast. It may be a reason that I increase my weight. I have to think about it more.
