I got up at 3:30 A.M. So I cooked again. In this time, I made yakisoba. The sauce of yakisoba was delicious. But the texture of yakisoba was a bit soft. It was not suitable to me. However, the sliced pork became the good accent. I love pork meat, so I enjoyed the taste of pork. For future, I want to continue to cook. It's the best way to relieve my stress.

After going to my church, I went to Sunpia No Yu, the big public bath again. I have to walk for 15 minutes from Rokuchonome Station of Tozai Subway Line, but it was good exercise. Just after I arrived Sunpia No Yu, I went to the restaurant in the facility, and ate tonkatsu. I chose a large portion of rice, so I ate too much, But it was very delicious. I took bath only 30 minutes, but salty-sauna was very good. Applying salt into my skin was very pain, but I became perspiring better. After taking baths, I became relax with watching TV for 3 hours. It's the best way to relieve my stress. Yesterday, I drink liquor too much, so I took cyanamide, the inhibitor of alcohol metabolism today. So today, I couldn't drink liquor in this facility. But it was good for it. It's also OK that I go to the big public bath to relieve my stress instead of drinking liquor.

I woke up at 4:30 A.M. So to resolve boring, I made scrambled eggs. Color of ketchup and eggs were good. It was very colorful. And the taste of ketchup and scrambled eggs was matched very well. Like cooking, it's very good if I find hobbies not using money. But sleeping feeling always makes me irritated and have stress. I have to cook more, don't I?

 I said, that I'll go to Germany in next October. My father wanted go with me, so I decided to take him. I'll be saved 120,000 yen because using single room will gone. I've adopted theory from DIE WITH ZERO and Horiemon/Horie Takafumi below, "We should collect own experience, not money." So, I have to make others take special experiences more. It's that I stay true in my principles. And I have to apply documents for German Travel. I have to complete them by this Thursday.

Today morning, it's very snowy. So that I make my body hot, I made cap cai, the Indonesian cuisine. It's very hot, but glass noodles is stiffy, the good meaning. I've become very perspiring, but I'll take bath again. Cooking is the best way to relieve my stress. But it would be also OK if I could stop drinking liquor.

I have to collect 900,000 yens by next Aug for German travel. But yesterday too, I went to eat out. It's not good for collecting money. In Yayoi-Tei, I ate mackerel cuisine. It was very fatty and delicious. Salt was also moderate. But how will I collect 900,000 yen? There may be no choice except selling part of my assets, aren't there? I'm using NISA, so tax is waived. There is only way, that I collect 900,000 yens by next Aug with believing to collect 14 people. The hurdle for German travel has elevated, but it's not impossible for me to collect 900,000 yen.

Since long time, I've wanted to go to Europe even once. So yesterday, I went to Kinki Nippon Tourist to get brochures. Of course, it needs much money. I want to go to Germany and need 650 thousand yen at least, even as the Economy Class. And it needs 8-10 days. Is my paid leave sufficient? In Germany, it seems castles are very beautiful. But which castles will I want to go? I love German cuisine, such as potato cuisine. I want to eat authentic German cuisine too much. In this way, I'm enjoying the plan to go to Europe. But I have to collect cash to do it.

Today, I cooked again. I made egg sandwiches. My father praised me that the color of sandwiches was good. I often eat egg sandwiches from Family Mart. But it may be better for me to make them by own. I added mayonnaise to sandwiches, so the taste was smooth. These smooth tastes fitted to me very well. But I used 4 eggs, so it may be too many.

In free time, I've been reading, "Rurouni Kenshin Magazine Reiwa 7th Summer". I've been amazed Mr. Sorachi Hideaki's illustration, the author of Gintama, and Mr. Matsui Yusei's illustration, the author of The Elusive Samurai. Particularly, I've thought no contact between Mr. Sorachi and Mr. Watsuki Nobuhiro. I've thought, that Gintama, The Elusive Samurai and so on has been affected from Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X. Gintama's gag from Rurouni Kenshin had existed in the comparatively late period. This book also portrays about the detail of Shishio Makoto and Jippongatana. I'll intend to read it for future.

As always, I hadn't let go the sake cup in the past years, and after taking cyanamide, the inhibitor of metabolism of alcohol, I haven't let go non-alcohol beer. I've not understood what I want to do. As a pharmacist, I want to increase foreign customers, and as a hobbyist, I want to inform foreigners of Japanese culture such as Hakkenden, Kanjin Sumo and so on. About sumo, I'm studying Raiden Tameemon（日本語：雷電為右衛門）, the strongest sumo wrestler in Japanese sumo history, having more than 90% wins and only 10 times lost in his entire sumo life.
