In the morning, I've been lost in thought about my future and skipped walking. Nevertheless, I made spaghetti as breakfast.     In previous time, I said supervisors rushing desperately is the past because strict hierarchy in workplace has collapsed by globalization and IT-zation. I have desperate personality but short-tempered, so I'm not suitable to a supervisor. But then, what should I do? Is it the best for me to just get by somehow by while not to lose your temper or get violent with people? It's waste of talent if I can't find any place able to use the qualification of pharmacist and TOEIC 840 score even if I have them. How is my future in my present workplace? Soon, I'll take three-way interview, but if the worst case, is there possibility that I'll be fired from my president?     Anyway, it's no way except continuing to invest and use English, about me. I want to get qualification of Financial Planner 3th Grade.

To lose my weight, I've become limited not to eat noodle-related cuisine. But spaghetti is very delicious. The noodle-related cuisine is versatile, I've made various spaghetti-related cuisine. Particularly, it's very delicious when I mix spaghetti and cheese. The taste is smooth texture. For future, I can only brown rice as the staple food. But what should I cook with brown rice?

I've continued to cook spaghetti-related cuisine. Today, I made mayonnaise spaghetti salad. My mother made hijiki salad too much, so I added it into spaghetti. And, after a long time, I made tarako spaghetti. It was very spicy, but delicious. Cooking is the best method to relieve my stress.

I Don't Care for My Weight Very Well, But...

I'm not very interested in my health, and I don't care for my weight very well. Recently, my weight is 87.2kg, and calculating into BMI, is 30.2. I watched "Torisetsu Show/Introducing Manual Show" in NHK. and it said that it's unhealthy if we are too thin too. My mother is too thin, and also hardly go to ChocoZAP. I'm a bit anxious. For healthy, it's important for us to take both calcium and protein. They help our bone mass and protein increase. By the way, I've sometimes continued to cook. I like spaghetti very much despite increasing my weight.

I'm Interested in Spaghetti-Related Cuisine Now.

Sometimes, I've cooking by myself. But, recently, I'm interested in spaghetti-related cuisine. I can boiled spaghetti for only about 13 minutes and finish to make. So, it's easy to make it and fittable to my sense. Yesterday, for my dinner, I made spaghetti with adding pork and cheese. Cheese was very mild, and pork was very crispy. The mixing taste was very unique. Of course, I often make spaghetti salad, with adding lettuce, tuna and mayonnaise. On account of mayonnaise, I've become easy to eat lettuce. I can't eat broccoli and lettuce without mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is very useful to me. For future, I want to make spaghetti cuisine more. Because I can relieve my stress for doing it.

Until now, I've sometimes cooked by own. Recently, I made the spaghetti salad with mayonnaise.   The taste of mayonnaise was like melting. And it's nutritious because we can take vegetable effectively. Broccoli was solid, but I could take it easily. Mayonnaise was very useful!

I've continued to cook to relieve my stress. Yesterday, I made the grilled pork.   Chewy texture made my appetite strong. And Source was very delicious.     Today, I made the spaghetti salad. The taste of crab sticks and mayonnaise had mixed successfully. The taste was very good. If it's possible, I want to cook alone in my apartment. Because I can become more relaxed.

I got up too early, so I made cuisines by own again. I wanted to make a Spanish omelet, but I failed to make the stylish shape when turning up it.   And I made 2 color spaghetti. It was strange taste because the taste of 2 spaghetti mixed.     I watched to be making the Spanish omelet in Asaichi, so I want to make it again.
