I have a bad habitancy, that I want to use the rest cash to invest equities and social-lending. But I decided to leave 100,000 yens as the cash. Always, I've been worried whether I can pay the paying of credit cards. In other words, I also need some cash. I made the cash by selling the stocks of ANA. But I don't know it goes well or worst. And, I have the thinking,  "Using the cash is the most meaningful. the cash is a voucher to be able to exchange the value and the cash itself has no value." Anyway, I have to collect the money to go to Germany. Anyway, I have to live by my own.

I have to lose my weight with maintaining my muscle amounts, to deal with three-ways interview on Dec. 10th. In this time, I found the chicken thigh steak in Family Mart. It's suitable when I become a little hungry. The chewy is firm, and mix the taste of teriyaki sauce very well. The chewy of chicken breast is too solid, so I can't eat it very deliciously. But the chicken thigh is not. I'll be likely to lose my weight if I exercise regularly and eat chicken thigh when I become a bit hungry. But it's ever difficult to me.

For my mother's recommendation, I went to ChocoZAP and exercise too much yesterday. But I thought I had done both aerobic exercise and anaerobic exercise. I could lose my weight if I can continue this.     I always keep in mind that I have to do lat pull down in ChocoZAP, to correct my posture. And lat always consume our calories the most. I think I can lose my weight easily if I train my lat.     But, yesterday and today, I ate Famichiki too much. I've kept in mind that I have to eat chicken protein instead of Famichiki. But I couldn't forget the soft texture of Famichiki.     I have three-way interview on Dec. 10th in my company. I have to get physical strength and lose my weight.

My parents returned from Chiba. They brought many souvenirs and I ate them today. But I couldn't eat so much because I've become aging. Yesterday, I ate Billy Ramen too much, so my weight has returned over 92kg. On Dec. 10th, I'll take three-ways interview in my company. Until the day, I have to reduce my weight. Recently, bears won't appear in my town, so my mother recommend that we go to ChocoZAP again. In this way, it's good for me to lose my weight.

I got a requested illustration from Mr. Mihoniumu(@gupmihoniumu, key(gaigaigai123)) again. This time is, “Darjeeling Is Pushing Itou Makoto's Head to Her Breast” Darjeeling: “Please don't hesitate... Do you understand? my heart is beating fast such thing.... It's OK for you to do what you want to do...” Makoto: “Darjeeling…” Darjeeling is very sexy! I think my next request of illustrations will be Hakkenshi/The Eight Dog Warriors series. Because their illustrations are also very cool!

Since long time, I've thought I want to eat Billy Ramen enough be tired of it. So I went to Billy Ramen and buy ramen when my parents were going out. However, when I tried to eat it as lunch, I couldn't eat ever half of it. Char siu was fatty and delicious. Have I been aging like not being able to eat favorite food enough? But I’ve been still fat. My parents went to Chiba, so they won't return by tomorrow. So I'll eat Billy Ramen little by little.

Because of wasting for buying in the convenience stores and so on, my cash is likely to become gone completely soon. Perhaps, I may not be able to pay credit card payment in next month. It seems I've not changed since young age. It's important for me how to use money more than saving money. In this age and times, I've been able to go to many foreign countries, such as Thailand, Singapore and so on. But some people may think about, "It's the short-term luck of the ferocious people who can't control own." Actually, I can't deal with it if I need emergence expense. But, there is the way to resolve it, such as selling my equity. Like Ushijima, it's good if I can say, "I'm giving all with admitting the risk."
