Now, I'm searching tourism venues of Kyokutei Bakin and Hakkenden, such as Fusehime Rouketsu/Fusehime Caves, the former Takita Castle and so on. But, actually, it's very difficult. Kyokutei Bakin's birth venue is Fukagawa in Tokyo, but the tourism venues of Hakkenden, including Fusehime Rouketsu, is very far from the station. I have to use the taxi much times. Is it that Tateyama is very car-centric society?     Of course, it's accessible for me to go to Tateyama Castle, the castle of Inue Shinbei who is the one of Hakkenshi. But, for me, it's not sufficient of that.     In May, I want to go to Tokyo and Tateyama, the oriented venues of Kyokutei Bakin and Hakkenden. But I have no cash, it's difficult. Should I sell the stock of Kao, or should I postpone the travel by July?

My weight has become less than 88.5kg. Because I may take a little lunch, only one donut, yesterday. And I took no liquor yesterday.     I can do lose my weight if I try. I decided to take only one Famichiki in one day. For this method, I must be able to decrease my calorie. Only one Famichiki, I can become full.

I've wanted to make a jambalaya, the spanish paeria, since long time ago. So, today, I made it. Using brown rice, so it was similar to fried rice. But it was very delicious, particularly the taste of ketchup.     Recently, am I love Spanish cuisine, such as the spanish omelet? Can I make them?

Yesterday, I went to my favorite ramen shop and ate my favorite ramen. So, my weight has increased by 91kg.     It seems I become fat when I eat ramen. But that ramen is very delicious. I want to eat every time if possible.     But my parents are likely to become noisy. I can’t suspend my appetite. I don't have self-control power very much. I become angry immediately and am likely to stab or shoot someone. It may be better for me not to care for my weight. Because I have no effective method to relieve my stress, except eating and drinking.

Recently, Deepseek, the AI chat of China, is famous. Then, I tried to use it.     I catched advices from Deepseek, about how to make Japanese pharmacy popular to foreigners. It was very detailed, and I can't decide whether superior or inferior to ChatGPT. It's said, that some points in Deepseek are superior to ChatGPT and some points in ChatGPT are superior to Deepseek, isn't it?   But I'm not likely to use both. Which should I use?

Yesterday, when I finished my work, my mother was going to supermarket. So received her request, I made my dinner by own. It's tofu spaghetti, with adding tofu mince chicken and tomato ketchup.     It was strange taste. But it was harmonious for mixing the taste of mince chicken and ketchup successfully. To relieve my stress, it's the best for cooking, I thought. Such the strange cuisine is also delicious to me.

By my mother's saying, one of the peers of developmental handicapped is struggling to continue the job. If we survive, we have no choice except becoming irreplaceable people. For it, we need some qualification. Now, reskilling has become very common.     But what qualification will I get? I'm not able to still make use of IT Passport which I got last years. For future, will its knowledge become increasingly important to me?     Rather, until now, I can make use of English knowledge very well, having 840 TOEIC score. For future, inbounds and foreign labor will rapidly increase, so I want to talk with more foreigners and improve English ability.     I'm a pharmacist, graduating from Master course, and have 840 TOEIC score. But I'm very short-tempered and not able to control myself very well. If losing control, I'm likely to stab or shoot someone immediately. For future, my unstable emotion won't change, so it'll be the key ...

Yesterday night, my mother was going to work and my father went to medical checkup. So, I made my dinner by own, and made the Ramen with many char siu. It's been long time to make ramen. It was delicious because the source was deep taste. It was also good of feeling bite of noodle. But the char siu was too solid. The char siu of my favorite ramen is more soft. It's better for me to go to my favorite ramen shop.

Taking metformin for 7 days, I've lost my weight 0.8kg. Now, it wasn't so bad scary. But my parents' thinking, it may be insufficient.     On friday, I ate my favorite ramen with using Uber Eats, so, a moment, my weight had increased. My weight would decrease more if I hadn't eaten ramen.     By all means, I tend to relieve my stress by eating and drinking liquor. It's difficult for me to change my personality becoming unstable easily. What the method will I relieve my stress more?
