I've wanted to make a jambalaya, the spanish paeria, since long time ago.

So, today, I made it.

Using brown rice, so it was similar to fried rice.

But it was very delicious, particularly the taste of ketchup.

 





 

Recently, am I love Spanish cuisine, such as the spanish omelet?

Can I make them?
