I've sometimes cook by myself.
I'm impulsive and short-tempered, but can I relieve my stress to only cook?
Today, I made mayonnaise salad and yakitori.
The taste of mayonnaise was mild, and the salt of yakitori is refreshing.
I ate this cuisine with my father, but it wasn't bad.
After eating it, I walked in the morning with my father.
The time of my walking has extended from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
So, I've been perspiring more easily.
My weight has decreased, 86.1kg.
Is it good or bad?
