Cooking By Own-9
Yesterday, I made gyudon/the beef bowl as our breakfast.
I added
cheese as impact.
I'm
struggling to lose my weight, so the size was very small.
But as
lunch, I ate Peyangu Sauce Yakisoba, so today, I've become fat again, as
88.9kg.
It
seems, that I have to reduce the amount of my meal to lose my weight.
But,
it's troubling.
Today, I
ate one famichiki again.
