My Weight Has Decreased to 89.5kg.

I started to use Alli, the medication to reduce absorption of fat, but my weight had never decreased.

Because I can't stop wasting money to eat.

So I was very depressed yesterday night, and I took dinner a little, and I went to Chocozap with my mother.

 

 

In ChocoZAP, I always took anaerobic exercise to improve my muscle.

For it, today, my weight has decresed to 89.5kg.

 

 

I was a bit happy, so I cooked the crab spaghetti salad.

The taste of mayonnaise was very delicious!
