Since long time, I went to ChocoZAP.
My weight became under 90kg, but haven't lose successfully.
By my father's recommendation, I went to ChocoZAP after long time.
In this place, most of the time, I take anaerobic exercise, such as muscle training.
But there is a reclining chair.
After exercising, I sat the reclining chair and became relaxed.
For going to ChocoZAP, I need to walk for 4 km as a round trip.
It's also the ordinary exercise.
By the way, I've taken Parmodia which is reduction of Triglyceride twice a day.
But my weight hasn't lost.
When taking each two Parmodia twice a day, my weight lost amazingly.
Should I increase the amount of Parmodia?
