Perhaps, on Account of eating Famichiki too much, my weight has increased to 87.4kg again.     But I bought two Mega Muffin in Mcdonalds because I ate   too low amount in breakfast.     Oftentimes, I see that my appetite is too strong. But appetite is one of the strongest greed in humans' greeds.     It would be OK if carories of Mega Muffin had been low. After finishing my today's task, I recorded my weight. The result is 86.8kg. Are carories of Mega Muffin low?

It's insufficient for me to translate the song "Sing" by Carpenters. My weight has decreased to about 87.2kg. But after taking Bilanor, the anti-allergic medication, the amount of decreasing has descended. My father recommended that I stop taking Bilanor.   But if I don't take Bilanor, all of my skin will become itchy. On Tuesday, I'll go to the allergic hospital. I want my skin to become comfortable.   My goal of my weight is 86.2kg. But today, I became careless, so I've taken two sandwiches, Famichiki, Monster, the energy drink. Tomorrow, will my weight increase again?

 I upgraded the video to 8K level(900%) again. In this time, "Tokyo Mew Mew: Ichigo is getting Mew Mew Power."     But why are my upgraded video only sexy video? It's said that they're my favorite video. I want to add the videos English subtitles. But I have to spend much time to do it. What should I do?

I've continued to cook to relieve my stress. Yesterday, I made the grilled pork.   Chewy texture made my appetite strong. And Source was very delicious.     Today, I made the spaghetti salad. The taste of crab sticks and mayonnaise had mixed successfully. The taste was very good. If it's possible, I want to cook alone in my apartment. Because I can become more relaxed.

Yesterday, I made gyudon/the beef bowl as our breakfast. I added cheese as impact.   I'm struggling to lose my weight, so the size was very small. But as lunch, I ate Peyangu Sauce Yakisoba, so today, I've become fat again, as 88.9kg.     It seems, that I have to reduce the amount of my meal to lose my weight. But, it's troubling. Today, I ate one famichiki again.

Sometimes, I watch TBS Sekai Isan/TBS World Heritage. I can learn much because I can watch various World Heritage.     Koninklijk Eise Eisinga Planetarium, the old planetarium, was very mysterious. I want to watch this planetarium before I die.     It’s said that Italy has the most World Heritage. I want to go to Italy.     This program is sponsored by Canon.
