I've Hated to Sweat, but...
Yesterday, my weight has become 85.5kg.
Tentatively,
I accomplished my goal,
For
forward, whether I'll maintain my weight under 86.2kg.
Actually,
I've hated to sweat because I have atopic disease.
But, in
fact, I've gone to ChocoZAP and done weight training more time, and I've
changed the snack from Famichiki to Sasami protein bar.
Why?
Perhaps,
because I've made my goal that I make my weight less than 86.2kg.
And
because I may have made my hobby of doing PixAI, instead of eating and
drinking.
I could
lose my weight 4kg for 3 weeks, so I could find joy of getting my shape.
However,
the amount wasting my money has not changed.
I've
still continued to eat and drink when I'm a bit hungry, and wasted for PixAI
too much.
Can I
change them?
Anyway,
I have to accomplish my goal that I reduce my weight less than 86.2 kg by
Aug.1, the day of health check of my company.
At next,
I have to reduce the amount of my meal.
