My Weight has become 88.0kg.

My weight has become 88.0kg, decreasing from 88.5kg.

I haven't thought until now, that my weight has decreased such thing by stopping taking Famichiki.

It seems, that I had taken many calories such as taking Famichiki so I hadn't lost my weight very well.

I'll take three-ways interview in September, so I want to reduce my weight to 86.2kg until that day.

 

 

I said, that Making PixAI generate illustrations can relieve my stress more than eating and drinking.

I'm amazed of effect of AI illustration generating system.

But I couldn't stop taking alcohol very well, and I drunk 1500ml 5% beer with no carbohydrate yesterday.

If I hadn't done so, my weight would become a far less.
