What Will I do, for Becoming Thin or Not Increasing My Weight?
I ate the cup noodle yakisoba in lunch and double cheeseburger in McDonalds in dinner.
My weight will be likely to increase.
However, I can't relieve my stress if I don't it.
My personality is,
"Inflammable and agitated".
I become irritated easily, such as even feeling urination or convenience.
I would lose my control and be likely whether I wound someone or something, if I save my stress.
It's not low possibility, that I repeat crimes like Takuma Mamoru, Kobayashi Kaoru and so on.
In this personality, how will I maintain my health?
I return my thinking into basic.

There are some ways,
1. I'll go to the jail.
2. I'll drink about 2,000ml water every day.
3. I'll take a fewer amount in meals.
4. I'll exercise more occasionally.
5. I'll skip drinking alcohol.
6. I'll take Alli, the inhibitor of fat absorption.
About 1, it's no good because the reparation is too big.
About 2, Chat GPT also recommends it and I can begin it easiest.
But my parent opposite.
About 3 and 4, they are orthodox as the ways for losing weight.
But I have habitance, that I relieve my stress by eating and hate to become perspiring.
So they're inefficient.
About 5, it's effective, but I don't know when my crave for alcohol will become strong.
About 6, it's also effective, but it needs about 9,000 yen every month.
In conclusion, it's best for me to begin 2 and 5.
By cyanamide and Regtect, I'll suspend my craves for alcohol.
It's the best that I lose my weight.
But it's also better that I don't increase my weight.
In the afternoon, in work from home(WFH), it's the best for me to drink 500ml water 4 times.
